摘要

Provided is a new exhaust-gas-purification catalyst carrier that contains a ceria-zirconia complex oxide having a pyrochlore phase and wherein it is possible to exert superior OSC ability whether in a low-temperature (around 400°C) or high-temperature (around 800°) region. Proposed is the exhaust-gas-purification catalyst carrier, which contains a ceria-zirconia complex oxide having a pyrochlore phase, a specific surface area of at least 7.0 m2/g, and a crystal grain size of 100-700 Å.
