摘要 The invention relates to manufacturing of cellular structures, in particular of cellular panels, and it can be used in construction engineering or mechanical engineering . To reduce the weight of the cellular structure, increase the productivity and simplicity of manufacturing process the following procedure for manufacturing of cellular structures from sheet metal is offered including the subsequent operations: manufacturing of lagging sheets and cellular fillers from metallic tapes or bands 3; mounting of structure when the tapes or bands are joined with lagging sheets in the contact-places by shaped solder 5 wherein the joining is carried out by heating of the structure up to melting temperature of solder. For the purpose of increasing of the joints strength and reducing of the structural weigh, the tapes or bands could be pre-perforated, but the elements of filler could be additionally joined to each other by wires or rods 7, passed through the perforation holes. In order to increase the structural strength and volume, the tape of filler could be previously profiled in longitudinal and/or crosswise directions. As tape or band material can be used the metallic perforated tape, which is obtained as a waste product after punching. Solder may be shaped in the form of plate, clamp or rivet, which is mounted in the perforation hole.
