The turbine has a circular turbine disk (2) made of ceramic composite material. Batteries provide electrical power to generate vacuum that is utilized to start the turbine and drive a vehicle for short distance. The turbine is movable in opposite directions such that operation of the turbine is performed in opposite directions. An integrated system is connected with a power train by a gear box, a clutch and a brake that is formed on an electromagnetic base. An outer magnetic ring is fixed to the housing. An inner magnetic ring is fixed to a drive shaft (4) of the housing.
