A brushless motor apparatus mounted with a overheating prevention structure has a plurality of cooling vent holes on the bottom of a stator frame, and a guide of accelerating air flow formed along one part of an edge of the vent holes and inducing air flowing inside the stator frame by being protruded to double sides of the vent holes to the outside of the stator frame.
