PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower apparatus allowing a mesh filter for trapping dust in the air to be held by a casing and enabling reduction in the dimension of a holding structure of the mesh filter in the air flowing direction.SOLUTION: A blower apparatus includes: a casing having a suction port, a flow passage and a blowout port for air; a fan causing air to flow in the flow passage and blow out from the blowout port; and a mesh filter 6 that has an elastically deformable frame body 61 detachably fitted to the casing and a plurality of mesh wires 62a, 62b suspended on the frame body 61 and that traps dust in the air. The mesh filter 6 includes two projections 63, 64 each projecting from a position opposing to the frame body 61 in a direction different from the direction in which the mesh wires 62a, 62b are suspended. The casing includes a filter holding part 40c externally fitted to abut on the projections 63, 64 to hold the mesh filter 6. |
