PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion element whose photoelectric conversion efficiency hardly deteriorates even when thermal stress is applied.SOLUTION: In the photoelectric conversion element, a support containing a light transmissive material, a transparent conductive layer, a photoelectric conversion layer including a first porous semiconductor layer, and a counter electrode conductive layer are sequentially provided. A carrier transport material is provided between the photoelectric conversion layer and the counter electrode conductive layer. A heat-resistant layer is provided on at least a part of that surface of the photoelectric conversion layer which is located on the counter electrode conductive layer side. The heat-resistant layer is superior in heat resistance to the photoelectric conversion layer. |
