PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double pipe capable of improving heat exchange efficiency of a heat exchanger, and to provide a heat exchanger having the double tube.SOLUTION: A double pipe for heat exchange comprises: an inner pipe 100; an outer pipe 200 housing the inner pipe therein; and a connector 300 coupled to the inner pipe and the outer pipe. The connector 300 comprises: an outer pipe connection portion for housing an end portion of the outer pipe 200 therein; a fastening groove for fastening a supply pipe of a fluid supplied to a flow path formed between the outer pipe 200 and the inner pipe 100; a stopper formed on an inner circumferential surface of the outer pipe connection portion; and a through hole having an inner circumferential surface engaging with an outer circumferential surface of the inner pipe. The inner pipe 100 has a coil portion, an outermost portion of which is in line contact with an inner circumferential surface of the outer pipe 200.
