PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baggage management system in which baggage of a member is collected in accordance with an order from a member, and kept in a preservation space, and the baggage can be subjected to auction exhibition as it is in accordance with an order from the member.SOLUTION: A baggage management system includes: a preserved item information storage part for storing information of baggage left by a member; an order reception processing part for receiving an order for processing to the baggage from a member terminal used by the member; an order instruction processing part for notifying that the order for processing as to the baggage is received; and a result processing part for receiving a result of processing to the order. The order reception processing part extracts, when it receives an order for auction exhibition of the baggage from a member terminal, information of the baggage on the basis of the preserved item information storage part; and the auction processing part exhibits the baggage to an auction by registering the extracted information of the baggage in an auction system. |
