PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid opening and closing mechanism of a cooker capable of accurately adjusting the reaction force of a hinge spring according to opening load of an upper lid and miniaturizing the lid opening and closing mechanism in the lid opening and closing mechanism of the cooker including a vertically swingably opening and closing upper lid.SOLUTION: A lid opening and closing mechanism of a cooker includes: a hinge shaft 21 horizontally provided on the back surface part of an upper lid 12; a hinge spring 22 for energizing the upper lid 12 in the opening direction, one end body side arm part 221 of which is locked on a cooker body 11, and the other end lid side arm part 222 of which is locked on the upper lid 12; a hinge fixing plate 23 fixed to the back surface part of the cooker body 11 and holding the hinge shaft 21 on the cooker body 11 in the rotatable state; an adjusting plate 24 provided to confront the hinge fixing plate 23 and engaging and supporting the body side arm part 221 in the state of pressing to the hinge fixing plate 23 side against the reaction force; and screw parts 26, 27 capable of adjusting the degree of pressing the adjusting plate 24 to the hinge fixing plate 23 side. The adjusting plate 24 is pressed to abut on a position rather closer to the spring body 220 than the central part of the body side arm part 221. |
