PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a substance having heat storage property with high manufacturing efficiency by directly contacting a material liquid with a heat medium liquid.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a substance having heat storage property includes: an admixture step of directly contacting a material liquid a part of which is changed to a substance having heat storage property by temperature change with a heat medium liquid that has a different relative density from that of the material liquid, in an admixture tank; and a separation step of separating the substance having heat storage property generated from the material liquid by direct contact from the heat medium liquid. In the admixture step, the material liquid and the heat medium liquid pass through the admixture tank in a predetermined time range.
