PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging material using a polymer film as a base material that has a photocatalytic function and has high barrier properties without impairing the function.SOLUTION: A gas barrier film with a photocatalytic function has formed on one side of a polymer film a gas barrier layer including at least both an inorganic compound layer produced by vapor deposition and an inorganic compound layer produced by coating, and has further laminated thereon an anchor coat layer or an adhesive layer containing titanium dioxide having a photocatalytic function. |
