PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the sterility of a sterile chamber at a high level.SOLUTION: Between the inside and the outside of a sterile chamber 11, there are arranged at least a filler wheel 6 for a filler 12 and a belt conveyor 18 for discharging packages. At points where the filler wheel and the belt conveyor for discharging each face the outside of the sterile chamber, pools 24 and 25 for sealing are arranged respectively, and an aqueous solution 26 of peracetic acid is reserved in each pool for sealing in order to prevent intrusion of microorganisms into the sterile chamber.
