PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover containing a methacrylic resin for a strobe light emission device, which has high heat resistance and excellent transparency, moisture heat resistance and moldability.SOLUTION: The cover for a strobe light emission device contains a methacrylic resin which comprises 70 to 95 mass% of a methacrylate monomer unit (A) and 5 to 30 mass% of a maleimide monomer unit (B) and which has a weight average molecular weight of 60000 to 300000 measured by gel permeation chromatography (GPC).
