PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make flexible conditions defining in what extent an affiliated store side bears an incidental expense required for a card user to receive provision of a commodity or the like so as to provide a detailed service.SOLUTION: A processing server of a card company includes a use result information DB for storing, for each user, card use result information including a member code, a card use date, a card use subject and a card use amount, and an affiliated store DB for storing a burden condition imposed on an affiliated store for a predetermined incidental cost, and includes a determination part for determining, on the basis of the card use subject, the card use date, card use amount, and other burden conditions, whether or not the affiliated store can bear an incidental cost of the user, a burden amount calculation part for calculating, when the determination part determines that the affiliated store can bear the incidental cost, an actual charge amount of the affiliated store borne by the affiliated store. Also, a plurality of cards are defined as a group, and when a card is the card defined as a group, it is determined that an incidental cost paid by a card other than the card having paid the money for the commodity or the like can be borne. |
