PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a synthetic engine sound signal that accurately reflects a driving state of a vehicle, and generates the synthetic engine sound signal with less noise when processing an output signal of a pressure sensor provided in an inlet pipe for feeding external air to an engine to generate the synthetic engine sound signal.SOLUTION: The engine sound processing device is provided that includes: a noise suppression section that suppresses noise included in an output signal of a pressure sensor; an SNR estimation section that calculates a post SNR of a signal/noise ratio in the output signal of the pressure sensor, and calculates a prior SNR of a signal/noise ratio in the output signal of the noise suppression section; and a signal processing section that mixes the output signal of the pressure sensor with the output signal of the noise suppression section and generates the synthetic engine sound signal by performing processing to its mixed result, and adjusts at least one of a mixing ratio of the output signal of the pressure sensor and the output signal of the noise suppression section and a processing content to be performed to the mixed result in accordance with the post SNR and the prior SNR. |
