PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration device capable of reducing a likelihood that vibration of an operation plate is blocked while ensuring dustproofness and waterproofness to some extent, and electronic equipment.SOLUTION: A vibration device X1 includes a touch panel 3, a vibrator 4 that vibrates the touch panel 3, an elastic member 6 that is located in a non-input area E2 of the touch panel 3 and has a space S2 therein, and a support 5 that supports the touch panel 3 with the elastic member 6 therebetween. The elastic member 6 is located to surround an input area E1 of the touch panel 3, and has holes H1 each communicate the space S2 with the outside. |
