PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device with improved cooling capacity, and to provide an electric vehicle and an electric apparatus which are equipped with the cooling device.SOLUTION: A cooling device includes: a heat receiving device 8; a heat radiator 11 which is connected with an exhaust port 9 of the heat receiving device 8 through a heat radiation path 10; a feedback path 13 which connects the heat radiator 11 with an inflow port 12 of the heat receiving device 8; and a non-return valve 14 which is disposed at the feedback path 13. A first pressure port 18 of a refrigerant tank 17 is connected with a first opening 16 provided at the heat radiation path 10, and a second pressure port 20 of the refrigerant tank 17 is connected with a second opening 19 provided at a position which is closer to the heat radiator 11 side relative to the first opening 16 of the heat radiation path 10.
