PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skewered food cooking apparatus which automates a series of processes from production of skewered food to cooking thereof.SOLUTION: A skewer holder 1 has a hole for a skewer to pass through and guided with chains 7a and 7b. A food tray 2 has a recessed place and guided with chains 18a and 18b. The chains 7a and 7b and the chains 18a and 18b run partially in parallel and the skewer holder 1 and the food tray 2 are aligned within the range. A skewering unit 23 puts a skewer into the skewer holder through the hole in the skewer holder 1 while the skewer holder 1 and the food tray 2 are aligned. The chains 7a and 7b guide the skewer holder 1 holding the skewer to heaters 35 and 36, where the skewered food is cooked. |
