PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To devise a training instrument capable of training even in a narrow place in which, upon addressing, a club is stopped at a position where the club is swung in the right and left directions, while raising toes, and an angle formed by the ground and the club is maintained, and the club is opened and simultaneously raised in circular motion along a circular orbit, and upon impact, the club reaches the ground in the opened state, and a ball is hit toward a target by a using method of the club through the correct circular orbit.SOLUTION: A training tool 'clubat' which is a combination of a club and a bat of baseball is devised, and thereby, upon impact, a motion of hitting home run after a club head reaches the ground in the opened state can be bodily sensed. A double circle training instrument enable training in various uses, to thereby enable mastering of circular motion or swing along a circular orbit. |
