The invention describes a baking apparatus having a plurality of baking moulds (2) which can be inserted into a frame (1) from above and which have clips (5) which extend over mutually opposite limbs (3) of the frame (1). In order to be able to replace individual baking moulds (2) in a simple manner, without having to break the secure holding of the baking moulds (2) in the frame (1), it is proposed that latching devices with latching bodies (8) which engage in latching cutouts (7) are provided between the clips (5), which are of resilient design, and the frame limbs (3) over which the clips (5) extend. |
