The present invention relates to fermented tea using phellinus linteus and a preparation method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, phellinus linteus-fermented tea comprising rice and dioscoreaceae can be easily produced by a preparation method of phellinus linteus-fermented tea and it was demonstrated that the phellinus linteus-fermented tea produced by the same method had excellent tastes and flavors.
