PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic photographing apparatus which reduces a control error caused by a difference in wavelength distribution, and which can perform light quantity adjustment reducing an influence of a ghost and the like included in reflected light.SOLUTION: In an ophthalmologic photographing apparatus including a photographing light source 3 for illuminating the eyeground, light quantity detection means 28 for monitoring an emitted light quantity from the start of light emission from the photographing light source 3 during photographing, photographing light wavelength selecting means 59 for selecting a wavelength band of light emitted from the photographing light source 3 to illuminate the eyeground, and detection wavelength changing means 29 for selecting the wavelength band of the light guided to the light quantity detection means 28 from the photographing light source 3 depending on the wavelength band selected by the photographing light wavelength selecting means 59 are disposed. |
