PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display method of atomic arrangement capable of displaying atomic arrangement on a circumference of a crystal face in which a degree of spatial density of an atom in a crystal structure is reflected on the circumference.SOLUTION: Three-dimensional atomic arrangement is converted to linear atomic arrangement by projecting a position vector of each atom in a unit lattice to a projection direction. Then, projection length of the position vector of each atom is normalized by using length between an origin of the unit lattice and the crystal face which is represented by Miller index {lmn} to determine normalized projection length. Based on the normalized projection length, each atom of the linear atomic arrangement is arranged on the circumference to obtain atomic arrangement 14 on a circumference. |
