PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixed liquid separation device capable of realizing high liquid separation efficiency at low costs, with a mixed liquid including solid foreign matter such as chip and sludge as an object.SOLUTION: A mixed liquid separation device 6 separates and takes out a grease component 12 from mixed liquid in a state of forming a surface layer by floating the grease component 12 smaller in the specific gravity and higher in viscosity than a coolant liquid 2 on a surface of the coolant liquid 2, and a liquid separation transfer part 20 arranged in a vertical attitude of inserting a lower part 20a into a storage tank 3 for storing the mixed liquid and transferring the grease component 12 upward by separating from the coolant liquid 2, is constituted for relatively rotating a spiral body 24 and a shaft part 23 by a rotational driving part 20c, so as to be provided by revolving a belt member 24a for slidingly contacting an inside end surface with an outer peripheral surface of the shaft part 23 in a spiral shape in a plurality of stages along the outer peripheral surface 23a of the shaft part 23 of a columnar bar shape, and scrapes up the grease component 12 stuck to the belt member 24a along the outer peripheral surface of the shaft part 23 by relative rotation. |
