PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that defect easily generates in screen printing.SOLUTION: (A) An open hole 210 disposed in a metal mask 200 includes a pattern outline-defining part 212 and an enlarged part 214. (B) An ink 400 is mounted on the metal mask 200, then is pressed in two or more open holes 210 respectively by a squeegee 300. (C) The metal mask 200 is extracted. In this case, the enlarged part 214 suppresses that the ink 400 enters between the metal mask 200 and a base material 122. |
