Advertisement detection can be obtained by performing image processing of an area at which the passengers gaze in an image photographed from a vehicle outside camera, and can be obtained by acquiring a place at which the passengers of the vehicle look from the position of the vehicle and the direction of line of sight, and referring to a database that stores the installation position of the advertisements.
