PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power tool which can suppress reaction added to a user after speed change.SOLUTION: An electric power tool includes: a motor 21; a power transmission part 22 which reduces rotational power of the motor 21 to transmit it to an output shaft and can change the reduction ratio; an actuator 27 for speed change which changes the reduction ratio of the power transmission part 22; a current detection part 41 which detects a load torque added to an output shaft; and a control part 23 which controls the actuator 27 for speed change for changing the reduction ratio of the power transmission part 22 according to the detected load torque. The control part 23 restricts the output of the motor 21 until a predetermined time elapses after performing control for increasing a speed change ratio against the power transmission part 22. |
