PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic bread maker capable of reducing collision sound of cereal grains at an initial stage in a milling step and preventing scattering of cooking materials outside a cooking container.SOLUTION: The automatic bread maker includes: a cooking container that is stored in a baking chamber provided inside a machine body and in which cooking materials including the cereal grains are input; a mill blade that rotates in the cooking container, with a central axis of a mill axis used as a rotation center, to mill the cereal grains input in the cooking container; a dome-like cover covering the mill blade; and control means that controls executions of a soaking step of soaking the cereal grains in liquid, and of a milling step of milling the cereal grains by the mill blade after the soaking step. The control means sets a first number of rotations as the number of rotations of mill blade during a period from starting the milling step to a prescribed time, differently from a second number of rotations, as the number of rotations of mill blade in the milling step after elapsing the prescribed time. |
