PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamo-electric machine for vehicles in which generation efficiency can be enhanced by preventing current lead-in due to delay of timing for turning a switching element off.SOLUTION: A dynamo-electric machine 1 for vehicles includes: an upper MOS complete on-timing determination unit 103 for setting the on timing of MOS transistors 50 and 51; an upper MOS incomplete on-timing operation unit 107 that, when defining a period from when the phase voltage of a phase winding reaching a first threshold till reaching a second threshold, as a conduction period, sets a time point earlier than the end of conduction period, as a switching timing for switching the conduction state of the MOS transistors 50 and 51, and sets a time point when the phase voltage of the phase winding reaching a third threshold as an off timing; and drivers 170 and 172 for driving the MOS transistors 50, 51 at these on timing, switching timing and off timing. |
