PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden of a staff in a medical institution when importing an echo image by just putting (or touching) an IC card on (to) a card reader once and definitely finishing the importing when importing the echo moving image in the medical institution.SOLUTION: When a non-contact type IC card reader reads a non-contact type IC card in which at least an ID and a system identification code for each parturient woman are recorded, the non-contact type IC card having been previously issued to the parturient woman, the echo moving image distribution system is triggered to start importing the echo video image. After having imported the echo moving image for a prescribed time, the echo moving image distribution system uploads, onto a cloud server, the echo video image, together with the ID and the medical institution identification code that has been set in an importing/transmission client in advance. |
