PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate rivet holes and to prevent magnetic steel sheets from being peeled in the lamination direction.SOLUTION: An embedded magnet type motor rotor (10) includes: an iron core (11) formed by laminating a plurality of magnetic steel sheets; a magnet (M) which is arranged in each of a plurality of magnet slots (30) formed in the peripheral direction of the iron core; and non-iron core parts (35, 36) which are arranged in a space between magnets arranged in the magnet slot and the magnet slot. At least two non-iron core parts arranged opposite to the diameter direction of the iron core are provided with a reinforcement part (40) which reinforces the iron core in the axial direction. |
