A lifter (2) and a method for handling of a rotor blade (16) of a wind turbine are provided. Furthermore, a rotor blade (16) for a wind generator and a method for marking the rotor blade (16) and a system comprising a rotor blade (16) and a lifter (2) are provided. The lifter (2) comprises at least one grabbing jaw (81, 82) having a pair of arms (81a, 81b, 82a, 82b) carrying pads (10) for contacting an outer surface of the rotor blade (16) in predetermined grabbing areas (20). Furthermore, the lifter (2) comprises a detector (14) for visual inspection of an invisible mark on a surface (18) of the rotor blade (16). The at least one mark indicates a position of the at least one grabbing area (20). |
