PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurence of bad connection between terminals.SOLUTION: This female terminal 10 connected to the terminal of a wire W and housed from the back in a cavity C provided in a connector housing H includes a connection tube part 11 in which an electric connection part 31 provided in a male terminal 30 is inserted from the front, an elastic contact piece 14 making elastic contact with the electric connection part 31 in the connection tube part 11 to be electrically connected thereto, and a positional shift regulating part 16 provided on side walls 11A on both sides in the width direction in the connection tube part 11 while abutting on the inner wall of the cavity C by being pressed by the electric connection part 31 if the electric connection part 31 is inserted up to a normal position in the connection tube part 11, and thereby regulating the positional shift of the electric connection part 31 in the width direction thereof with respect to the elastic contact piece 14. |
