PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a display content of an image with a simple operation instruction.SOLUTION: A map image is displayed on a display panel (11) of an image display device (1), and an operation instruction is performed by bringing instruction means (U) such as a finger or a touch pen into contact with a touch panel (12) and moving it. An operation analysis unit (22) detects a contact start position at which the instruction means (U) starts to contact the touch panel (12) and a movement direction of the instruction means (U) on the touch panel (12), on the basis of a detection signal output from the touch panel (12). The operation instruction changes a map display range on the display panel (11) to a display range in which a point corresponding to the contact start position (P) on the map image matches a drawing reference position (S) and in which the map image is rotated so that the movement direction of the instruction means (U) points upward of the display panel (11). A map display device capable of changing a display content with one operation can be provided. |
