PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gold bar management device, a gold bar management program, and a gold bar, in which the number of used sensors can be reduced, and the number of gold bars can be accurately grasped for each denomination of the housed gold bars.SOLUTION: A gold bar management device 20 includes: a drawer 21 which houses a gold bar attached with a bar code; a bar code scanner 22 which has a width equal to or greater than a breadth of a gold bar housing part of the drawer 21, which is set at an opening part 20B of a storage part 20A for housing the drawer 21 in such a manner that a longitudinal direction thereof is made perpendicular to a drawing direction of the drawer 21 and a sensor surface thereof is directed toward the drawer 21, and which reads the bar code attached on the gold bar; and an encoder 25 which detects a drawing length of the drawer 21. |
