PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To elastically displace an object member according to the magnitude of external force when the external force is applied to the object member without reference to the state of the object member in the case that the object member is elastically deformed by displacement of a connection body.SOLUTION: An elastic deformation mechanism 10 includes a tongue member 11 which is made of an elastically deformable soft material, a connection body 13 which connects with the tongue member 11 and is formed of an elastically deformable soft material and set larger in Young modulus than that of the tongue member 11, a pulley 15 which is wound with the tongue member 11, and a motor 16 which rotates the pulley 15 so as to wind and unwind the tongue member 11 around and from the pulley 15. The elastic deformation mechanism 10 causes the tongue member 11 to elastically deform by displacement of the connection body 13, and when external force is applied to the tongue member 11, the tongue member 11 can be displaced through elasticity of the connection body 13. |
