A scintillator panel for converting radiation into scintillation light, provided with: a substrate which has a front surface and a reverse surface, and in which are formed a plurality of convexities protruding out from the front surface in a predetermined direction oriented toward the front surface from the reverse surface, and concavities defined by the convexities; a plurality of first scintillator sections formed on each of the convexities of the substrate; and second scintillator sections formed on the bottoms of the concavities of the substrate. The first scintillator sections have a first portion extending along the predetermined direction from the upper surface of the convexities, and a second portion that extends along the predetermined direction from the side surfaces of the convexities and is in contact with the first portion. The first and second portions are configured from a plurality of prismatic crystals of a scintillator material. The first scintillator sections are spaced apart from one another. The second scintillator sections are in contact with the second portions. |
