<p>[Problem] To make it possible to display a response signal from a transponder normally as a radar image and to improve the S/N ratio and range resolution by applying pulse compression processing in a solid-state radar device. [Solution] This radar device is provided with: a non-modulated echo signal processing unit (7) for receiving and processing a received signal of a transmission/reception period of a non-modulated pulse and extracting received echo data; a modulated echo signal processing unit (8) for pulse compression processing a received signal of a transmission/reception period of the modulated pulse and extracting the received echo data; a transponder response wave detecting unit (10 or 20) for detecting a transponder response wave from a received signal; and a radar image generating unit (12) for synthesizing the received echo data and generating a radar image, constructing the radar image without using a pulse compression processed transponder response wave in the region where the transponder response wave appears based on the detection results of the transponder response wave detecting unit (10 or 20).</p> |
