METHOD FOR ADAPTING FORWARD ERROR CORRECTION (FEC) CODEWORDS TO PHYSICAL RESOURCE BLOCK, METHOD FOR SYNCHRONIZING FEC CODEWORDS AND SYSTEM THEREOF

The invention applies to the communication field and provides a method for adapting Forward Error Correction (FEC) codewords to a physical resource block, a method for synchronizing FEC codewords and a system thereof. The method for adapting FEC codewords to a physical resource block comprises: in the appointed time period, the first physical resource block assigned to a user is the initial position of FEC codewords, for starting to bear data; if the remaining portion of the last physical resource block assigned to the user is not large enough to bear one FEC codeword, the remaining portion is filled with invalid data; or based on the length of the remaining portion, a shortened FEC codeword is adopted and the FEC codeword adopts fixed length. In the present invention, the number of the system supporting codewords and the complexity of the system are reduced, and FEC boundary indications do not need to additionally add, and setting boundary of FEC can be periodically recovered when MAP receiving error happens. In addition, a shortened FEC code is utilized to bear useful data in the remaining portion of the last physical resource block so as to improve the resource utilization ratio.
