摘要 Disclosed is a system for reducing energy consumption and a failure rate in production of a printed circuit board (PCB) based on a ubiquitous sensor network capable of providing optimal process environmental information for producing the PCB by acquiring, accumulating, and analyzing environmental information of each process in the production of the PCB. The disclosed system for reducing energy consumption and a failure rate in production of a PCB based on a ubiquitous sensor network includes a sensor node unit provided at a production facility of the PCB to acquire environmental information of a corresponding production facility, and to transmit the acquired environmental information in a wireless manner; a data collecting unit which collects the environmental information provided from the sensor node unit and transmits the collected environmental information through transmission control protocol/Internet protocol (TCP/IP); an environmental information generating unit which receives the environmental information provided from the data collecting unit through the TCP/IP, accumulates and stores the received environmental information by types of the PCB and production facilities and generates optimal environmental information for minimizing energy consumption and a failure rate by analyzing the accumulated and stored environmental information; and an environmental information providing unit which displays information to be confirmed by a user by converting the optimal environmental information generated from the environmental information generating unit.
