The present invention relates to a circular pipe-formed rotor without blades and a turbine rotor having a different shaft receiving jet energy of the same. The present invention can rotate as much as speed energy without the blades as a fixing pipe and a rotating pipe are connected with a device such as sealing so that a fluid flows inside. Therefore, the present invention reduces costs by making the rotor without the blades when rotating with the fluid and maximizes energy generation. |
