FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aerial lines for transmission of electric power in circuit of electrified transport facilities as load-bearing cables. Proposed cable consists of central copper wire, turns of the first lay of seven copper one-diameter wires, turns of the second lay of alternating seven copper one-diameter wires and seven copper other diameter wires and turns of the third lay of fourteen copper one-diameter wires. Note here that said first, second and third lays feature identical lay pitch in one direction with linear contact between wires of said lays. Wires of third lay are laid with clearances of 2.5-3% of their rated diameter and plastically deformed with reduction of cable cross-section of 10-10.5 %. This allows a 20-22% increase in breaking load, 16-17% increase in design cross-section, hence, higher conductivity, no steel core.EFFECT: decreased loads caused by climatic effects, lower drag and galloping of wires.1 dwg |
