PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin sheet film take-up device capable of taking up a sheet member with uniform take-up hardness in taking up the sheet member having very low rigidity such as a very thin plastic at high speed during acceleration and deceleration.SOLUTION: A thin film sheet take-up device includes: a sheet winding drum; a take-up roll driven in pressure contact with the sheet winding drum; pressing force varying means for the take-up roll; and involved air amount control means capable of controlling the amount of air flowing into the vicinity of the contact position of the sheet winding drum and the take-up roll. At least one of the take-up roll pressing force and the involved air amount is controlled according to the driving speed of the sheet winding drum. Further, as the take-up roll pressing force varying means, a pressure roll-like member is disposed to secure the rigidity by increasing the internal pressure in the take-up roll and to pressurize the take-up roll from the outside, so that stable pressing force application to the take-up roll is achieved. In taking up a sheet member having very low rigidity at high speed during acceleration and deceleration, suitable and uniform take-up rigidity can be achieved. |
