PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To disclose a vehicle speed automatically controlling system and method for automatically controlling a vehicle speed.SOLUTION: The method of automatically controlling a driving vehicle speed of the vehicle to be a set target vehicle speed, includes steps of: detecting the driving vehicle speed of the vehicle; determining whether a driving road is inclined or not; and when the driving road is an inclined road, controlling the driving vehicle speed of the vehicle to be the target vehicle speed based on a driving resistance value which reflects an inclination angle of the inclined road.
