PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount two work pieces having alignment marks with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A mounting device comprises a stage 2 that places a first work piece 10 having a first alignment mark 11 formed thereon and adjusts a position of the first work piece 10, holding means 3 that holds a transparent second work piece 20 having a second alignment part 21 formed, imaging means 4 that takes an image of the alignment marks which have been interposed with each other, movement control means 32 that moves the imaging means 4 between a first imaging position for taking an image of the one alignment mark and a second imaging position for taking an image of the other alignment mark, display means 40 that displays a moving image which has been taken, and display control means 35 that displays a moving image taken at the first imaging position in a first divided region 41 of the display means 40 and displays a moving image taken at the second imaging position in a second divided region 42. When displaying a moving image at one of the divided regions, a final image of a moving image displayed on the other one of the divided regions is kept to be displayed as a still image. |
