This combiner is provided with a printed board, first and second conductor plates, and first and second conductor parts. The printed board is provided with a hole that penetrates the printed board from a first surface to a second surface that is on the reverse side of the first surface. The first conductor plate is formed of a copper plate and mounted on the first surface of the printed board so as to close the hole. The second conductor plate is formed of a copper plate and mounted on the second surface of the printed board so as to close the hole. The first conductor part is arranged so as to face the first conductor plate at a predetermined distance. The second conductor part is arranged so as to face the second conductor plate at a predetermined distance. |
