The arrangement (1) has a cylindrical container (4) for receiving a dog excrement bag. The container is installed at an elongate surface (3c) of a housing (3) by a fastening mechanism. The fastening mechanism includes two regions, which are connected with each other and installed at the elongate surface and another elongate surface (3d) of the housing, respectively. One of the regions of the fastening mechanism is provided at the container. The container comes to lie at the former elongate surface by a pressing pressure of the connected regions.
