Said ring comprises structures for contact tube fastening to and centering relative to said rings and structure to attach the ring attachment shaft to said flange. In compliance with proposed method, appropriate system is made. Fir this, contact tube is attached by appropriate structure to and centered about said ring if this is not premade.
