PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal of (2R)-N-({5-[3-(2,5-difluorophenyl)-2-(1,3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazole-2-ylidene)-3-oxopropanoyl]-2-fluorophenyl}sulfonyl)-2-hydroxypropanimidamide suitable for industrial production having sufficiently appropriate properties for a raw drug in the medicine development.SOLUTION: Inventors have completed this invention by successfully crystallizing (2R)-N-({5-[3-(2,5-difluorophenyl)-2-(1,3-dihydro-2H-benzimidazole-2-ylidene)-3-oxopropanoyl]-2-fluorophenyl}sulfonyl)-2-hydroxypropanimidamide, and by finding that a high melting point-type crystal and a low melting point-type crystal are suitable for industrial production having sufficiently appropriate properties for a raw drug in the medicine development. These crystals in this invention can be utilized as raw drugs of medicines for the treatment of sex hormone-dependent disorders. |
