PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-exchanger electric corrosion prevention method capable of increasing durability of a heat exchanger and repairing and reusing a discarded heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A heat-exchanger electric corrosion prevention method includes: a sealing step of inserting a cylindrical synthetic resin plug body 3 into an end portion of each of cooling tubes 1; a surrounding step of surrounding the cooling tube 1 with a synthetic resin sheathing board 4 arranged on end plates 2; a filling step of filling an impregnated hardening agent 5 up to above the end portion of the cooling tube 1 inside the sheathing board 4; and a removal step of removing the plug body 3 from the end portion of the cooling tube 1 after hardening the impregnated hardening agent 5. The hardened impregnated hardening agent 5 substitutes for the damaged end portion of the cooling tube 1. |
